It combines the draining system of theClever with the infusion/filtering of a French press. It uses a doublestainless steel screen and will never need paper filters. The HandyBrew sharesthe same shut-off valve as the Clever which means you steep your coffee, placeit on a cup and your coffee drains out. The HandyBrew's double filter eliminates a lot of the fine sediment that youwould normally find in a cup made by a french press or other metal screenmethod. What you are left with is a cup with a good amount of body but minimalamounts of sediment. This is a good method to use if you want to bring out thesweetness in your coffee. We suggest a coarse grind, similar to what you woulduse in a french press.
